Dont hold your breath Jess. Those types have an extra heaping portion of cognitive dissonance and calling people nuts is the only way they remain partially sane if utterly lacking in credibility. Got N95 masks, goggles, disposable latex gloves, and a few gallons of bleach? ... at a minimum.

Demand for spare parts?
wdfaulk replied to vepr12x's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
Have the firing pin and spring (no it wasnt cheap), extractor and spring would be great though the spring seems a common size to me. -
Err Well if I had posted about mags then the word would be appreciated but Im looking for feedback on a particular product that seems very well made and is sold by the estore of this site. So anyone that knows about them?

Ah ok how did replacement go if it was used? No big deal except the bolt. Was the bolt complete with firing pin?

Ok has anyone used these sights while I wait to get more detailed specs for the Estore? http://www.saiga-12.com/proddetail.asp?prod=PM137 http://www.saiga-12.com/proddetail.asp?prod=PM209

Ah one pic is worth a thousand words. Common on saigas its the typical ruskie leftwing slant. -
Heres the deal, with the S12 you give up some reliability (dont get into a snit yall know good and well what I mean)for a ton of firepower downrange over the 870. Now ask yourself this if the target wears a level 3(or even a good 2) vest the shotgun round will not penetrate dependably. The 308 will blaze right on though. Before anyone bitches about that bad guys are wearing them. Now personally I never give up reliability but rather prefer the good old double coach gun as its a last stand/broken arrow tool for me along with the 40cal pistol. Nothing is simple is it.

Those prices at Kvar are too high. Looks like all they did was breakdown a few rifles and sell as parts reaping much higher returns than on a complete rifle. I still say pick up a spare rifle, use what you need and sell for parts or keep to fool around with. Now if they did break down a rifle thats good for you since everything should be ready to go after checking head space. Or conversely do whatever you like the entire rifle idea has a lot of options. 350 for a rifle or 80 for one little part no brainer for me.
