  1. Let's not forget, there is only 1 and it weighs more than an M-60
  2. Been doing research on the 357 sig. Thinking about a Glock in that caliber. All I have now is a Beretta 92 Inox. I can still keep buying 9mm bullets for reloading and brass seems to be easier to acquire now. Also, Secret Service, U.S. Marshalls carry 357 sig. as well as other Departments. The idea was to create a 357 comperable auto-loader. Any info guys??? Anyone shoot one? The ballistics look good. Input before buying please. Thanks.
  3. Am I missing something? My brother's Thunder 5 is chambered in 45-70!! But he has the .45LC and .410 also. The Biker he bought it from shot the .45-70 one handed! Does the Taurus have a .45-70 Cylinder? BTW it makes a HELL of a fireball.
  4. Single point slings were invented to give the operator the ability to draw his backup weapon with his weak hand. I guess some day someone might need it, possibly a SWAT, GIGN, Spetznatz, etc. but if you have a Kalashnikov, you don't have to worry about your weapon failing and that happening. I would suggest trying one while doing two-man drills etc. to let you realize you'll probably never use it. Same goes for all your equipment. I bought one of those Blackhawk tacticool vests from a friend and tried to use it for team drills, it didn't take long after I put it on to realize it was
  5. I'll take it $30. got your PM LMK how to transfer funds. amish out.
  6. Chromium wasn't available to the Yugoslavians because they weren't able to mine it (no deposits). They were fighting with the Ruskies and they wouldn't give them any. But generally they are a heftier rifle.
  7. Have a Chinese Norinco SKS with possible buyer, if he backs out, are you interested? 1967 Chinese Norinco SKS Paratrooper (I think) ATI fiberforce stock Couple of mags Trigger housing mod (from gunsmithing magazine)
  8. They make thumbhole stocks for Factory barrels and .920 Bull barrels as well. My factory barrel is extremely accurate even more than my butler creek Bull barrel. Just make sure you get the right stock for the right barrel. Amish
  9. I have a Working +2 prototype. First of all I would like to thank Cobra for his prototype testing and patience with this project. I haven't posted here in quite a while. I have been working on this project for about a year now. I have hit quite a few snags that take priority over this project. I am speaking to a machine shop next week about making one or more of the parts it requires. At this time I have to make each part by hand and it takes about 3.5 hrs. to complete. I also need a better material. Cobra recently informed me of the failure of the prototype and what happened. HQ plas
  10. WallyWorld for just over $400 NIB, $450 in Stainless. Amish out.
  11. I have an M1 Carbine and want to put a synthetic folder on it. Any one know which is better, Buthole creek or Ramhind? Or is there some other I don't know about? Any opinions and/or past, present, or even future personal experiences wanted. Thanks, Amish out.
  12. I have problems with the WallyWorld Winchester too. I just started buying the Remington Nitro Sport #8 for another $1. Never had a problem with them and you can reload them if you like. Amish out.
  13. I am under the impression that you Absolutely Cannot Make a Machinegun. I believe that you can construct anything else as long as you get the proper paperwork, ie. SBR, Suppressor. All auto weapons (machineguns) must be transfered from a dealer or already registered weapon. It does look like Bumpfire to me. Amish out.
  14. How much for something similar to this? As I can see, your buttstock looks similar and would do, but not a youth size? Unfinished walnut preferably, but whatever you recomend. Thanks, Amish out.
