  1. I sent him an address change request many months ago and it was changed promptly. He never told me he had received my email or that he had changed the address.
  2. Sounds like they'll arrive just in time. Congress is getting itchy to ban large capacity magazines again: Check out section 3: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c110:H.R.6257:
  3. I don't know if you have seen this but they are trying to reintroduce the assault weapon ban. Here is the link: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c110:H.R.6257: Although it probably won't be passed this session, it is obvious that Congress is going after the gun owners.
  4. I'm still waiting patiently as long as the drums are shipped prior to November. I hate to think what may happen to the drum availability if the election goes wrong.
  5. A lot of this speculation could be resolved with a simple phone call. How about one of you guys that knows Mike personally or has talked to him before give him a call. I purchased my drum on December 4th and have been patiently waiting like most everyone else. Since Mike had been keeping us updated so frequently I haven't been concerned, but it seems so out of character that we haven't heard from him recently.
  6. I went ahead and plugged the acer's names and guesses into a spreadsheet and it kicked out duplicates in addition to the ones posted above: Bvamp needs to pick another number, #20 was chosen by v188 on page 1 Saigafodder needs to pick another number, #26 was chosen by Bravo on page 4 just some dude needs to pick another number, #1978 was chosen by iownadragunov on page 4
  7. Hey Genocide, 1776 was taken by oak on the second page.
  8. I forgot I was a contributor. So I'll also take #7
  9. I've searched for some info on this but have been unsuccessful. Most of the posts talk about installing a pistol grip along with tons of other modifications. The installation of a pistol grip is "glossed over." I don't want to radically modify my S-12. I would like to install a pistol grip. What pistol grips are available, where do you suggest I purchase one and how difficult is it to install? Thanks in advance.
  10. I have bought parts for my S-12 from Dave in the past. I know last year he had problems with employees quitting which put him way behind schedule. I have always been able to get him on the phone. I had more luck reaching him on his cell phone. I'll see if I can find that number.
  11. I have only been reading this forum for a couple of months but have received information that I couldn't find elsewhere. This forum introduced me to CDNN which has saved me serious money. Not only did I buy a couple of Saigas, I also bought a couple of pistols that I have been wanting. I have also received some valuable help regarding modifications to my Saigas. I just sent a donation via PayPal a couple of minutes ago. Thanks for the great forum!!
  12. Here are some photos. The first photo shows the safety lever hitting a piece of the receiver when I rotated the safety lever down. This photo shows the safety lever hitting the disconnector.
  13. IndyArms, What did you use for the replacement pins?
