Not true..Maybe if you made this comment 6-7yrs ago..i would say yes..but in todays market the .50 cal bullet is widely available in about 40-50 various bullet types.And more than likely you probably wont even need more than 9 different types if you are the average hunter...currently you have 50 cal bullet manufacturers such as.. Barnes..Ranier,,Guncrafter Industires..Sierra..Winchester..Hornady...Powerbelt..Harvester..Buchanon Ammunition...Speer Gold Dots..Woodleigh Bullets..Cast Performance Bullet Company..Hunter Supply Bullet Company..ETC..These are just to name a few..there are more out th -

I have 15 round mags but didnt bother to use them...Its a whole lot of fun..but you are right it is a very fast way to piss money away and probably not very practical in a gun fight..but who cares its a full auto 50 beowulf ..

Thanx glad you enjoyed it..i need to check the box for the equivalent dram and use the standard spring the next time i go shoot..i will do some minor adjustments with other different loads that i will be testing tomorrow..

i had the same problem ..send it back to SGM for warranty work..they will swap it out..they were alot of them 12rounders that were giving that problem when shooting high brass loads

ok i found out why..i went to there facebook page and this is what they are saying Sorry for the service interuption folks! We are changing hosting companies and will have the website back online by Saturday or Sunday at the latest. Until then the site is suspended. best, DSP -

ok gentleman..just got off the phone with the NFA attorney http://archive.constantcontact.com/.../1105561146411.html ..And everything is true and correct..You can get arrested from Any Texas PD who feels you are violating Texas penal code 46.05 and yes you will go through all the legal fees and possibly a few days to a week in prison depending in which county you are in at the time...After speaking with him and showing him Michael Mihalski case he was surpised that the arresting officer actually enforced the arrest after showing all NFA paper work..I also called the ATF and there response is o- 13 replies

Im sorry ..gonna have to get involved and see what can be done to make a change to this local law in texas..I have two attorneys lined up for tomorrow.. Also this makes no damn sense.. in penal code 46.05..( It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the actor's conduct was incidental to the performance of official duty by the armed forces or national guard, a governmental law enforcement agency, or a correctional facility...... Is this law stating that if the feds who are in possession of an SBR are pulled over by local Texas PD that they can be also arrested ?- 13 replies

Ok..so i was reading on the NFA guns thread on facebook and apparently it is illegal to own NFA items in the state of texas ..even if you have a NFA Tax Stamp..According to this gentlemans story http://www.kens5.com/story/news/local/2014/06/27/10572466/ ..After he produced his NFA tax stamps to the off duty LEO he disregarded them and was still arrested..After doing a little digging in the Texas penal codes sec 46.05 ..It is correct Owning an NFA item in the state of texas is technically illegal ..but having your NFA Tax stamp gives you a defense to prosecution after you have been arrested and

i would have paid an extra $65 and forget about the sig brace and buy the tax stamp for that bad boy..I like the pistol ..not so much a fan of the sig brace..here is a pic of my 7.5" mini draco SBR to give you an idea what yours would look like if you pay the tax stamp..
