hey man check out dinzags site he has the 74 brake for them they realy cut down the muzzel flip on the 12s. i dont think any of the barrel nuts on the 20s were welded?? it should just spin off. if its tuff try a rubber strap wrench or tape the flats and carefuly use a large cresent wrench. if yours didnt come with a wrench too remove it check your box it could be wrapped in paper. later devin

deffinatly ruff it up first. sand blast if u can. dura coat would be best they make a plum brown and a purple a mix of the 2 should get u close. if u want to go cheap and dirty u can do alot with rattle cans fusion works great on plastics but not sure if theres a plum color. rustoleum makes a plastic primer that u spray on and then u can top coat with any spray paint. i think krylon makes a plum but not sure if it will match good luck pm me if ya get any more questions along the way later devin

+1 montana any paint will stick better if u ruff surface up first but its still best to remove old finish by blasting unless its pack, or anodised <like ars> . good luck

its cake take out the screw in the bottom of the reaceiver and slide it foreward itll pop right off. just be careful when u put it back on its possible to miss the pins in the front.

the 308 comes with wood furny. and the hg is basicaly same style just in wood and will bolt right on. heres a pic it comes with out vents. it on a awsome 308 that used to be michas later devin
