Yea i caught it 2 hours after it happened, i always monitor my accounts daily, i just did a one dollar experian check and everything is ok so far. Will i be notified if the bank finds out who? I imagine the bank and dtv will be able to find the account it was paid to wouldnt they? How would someone get my info? I order online once in awhile from places like cabelas, sportsmansguide and a few other legit companys.

Thanks for the help guys, i filed the claim with my bank and said i should have the fund in 24hrs or less and they will send some papers for me to sign for fraud so they can do whatever they do, i dont understand why someone would use stolen info to pay a bill that can probably be traced to what account the money was going to but maybe these kind of people really are that stupid. They are issuing me a new card thats already on the way. Whats the best free place to check my credit?

But this week they managed to charge my debit card for almost 400 bucks, i filed a claim with my bank and all but dtv are a joke and cant tell my why i would be charged from them.
