Hi. I finally had time to sit down and install my new Chaos Tri-Rail for my Saiga 12, and found that it was missing the the screws that hold the rails together... Were these not included? Is there any way I can order another set of these and any other screws that may have come with the rails? Thanks, Scott

I got my S12 from Lars (Umlaut Industries). His shop is in the same building as my shop, so I had to stop by one day and check it out. I had a lengthy conversation with him about the S12 and ordered one the same day. He seems like a good guy, and he got me a great price on a stock S12. I don't think you will have any issues, with the converted S12, or anything you order from him. I plan on ordering another rifle from him just as soon as I can afford it.

I had the same thing happen with my AGP Mag. I emailed them, and let them know. They got back to me promptly, and let me know that they had a batch of springs that where over-hardened, which made them brittle and that they would be happy to send me a new spring free of charge. Three days later I received the spring and was back on the range. Great magazine and its nice to know that they stand behind what they sell.
