    I ordered some ammo and a few mags from sgammo and i got a chinese style surplus mag without the spine but it is covered in goop. I suspect it is Cosmoline or something of that sort. What is the best way to remove it because wiping it down does nothing, even though the rag looks like it would have taken some off it is still on the outside and internals of the magazone?

    I dunno about the Gasblock stuff But I have the hogue handguard and im pleased with it Ihe bottom handguard is contoured out for a better grip I have an aimpoint with an RS AKM mount so the sight picture should be similar to urs Optics planet had them on sale for 20 or so

    its super easy to modify ur saiga to take AK mags then any drum will work i did it to mine

    u should do a write up for the barrel hood extension for those of us who dont know how to. Federal always gunks up my piston and plug like that, remington never does, and neither buckshot nor slugs do it either. how do you clean ur piston and plug when u get it like that?

    im waiting for you to make a side mount for an ACOG (or clone lol) that can possibly cowitness i also have an aimpoint with this mount but i put it on my S12 and am still contemplating what to put on the 7.62 ETA: I also LOVE this mount and Horse is a great guy who backs his products 100%

    i use 30 and 40 rd waffle circle tens, i like the way they look and feel and the K-var drop test proved them to be the best polymer, why did i choose them over surplus mags? i dunno, but id like to get some 20 rd mags tho

    i like that gas block/FSP let us know how the rifle does when u get it to the range. the main thing about the saiga that hooked me was that it was brand new, not some parts kit, or some gun that had had THOUSANDS of round shot through it, so seeing as how this is a new rifle im kinda interested
