  2. Shit! I let my mags sit in the safe for 16+ months and used them today... the springs shattered. Emailed AGP about replacement...
  3. Thanks! I sent them an email about my springs breaking in to peaces. Asked them if you'll cut me a deal on new spring prices. I'll let you know what happens. M.
  4. Hi All! I've purchased 5 AGP 10-round Saiga 12 magazines. Last time I've used them was July 2009. Well I had a chance to go shooting today and decided to give my S12 a ride. I loaded the mags at home and I noticed that one mag would only accept 9 rounds instead of 10. I opened it up thinking there must be a ton of dirt inside (form the vacation in 2009 when I shot the shit out of my S12 and NEVER cleaned the mags nor the gun) but instead the spring came out in 4 peaces. And the inside of the mag was BROWN from all the rust. LAME! So I took the remaining 4 mags to the range and what do you

  10. Cool. Thanks for the info. What would be the best way to cut them off? If I were to use a cutting wheel on my rotary tool, what would be the best place to start? Bottom of block? Side? Thanks! Saiganoobie and I converted our rifles together. I believe the best (???, or at least it worked for us) way is to cut around the dimples. So he cut at the bottom of the barrel along the FSB, and then again above the dimples also along the FSB. It came off VERY easily, since the middle slice fell of. Now you'll need some high heat paint if you want it to look nice. The FSB on stock saiga
  11. Hi! Please post ballistics of the 5.45 ammo. I just got my 5.45 rifle and I bought Kalinka Optics 4x 400m range finding scope for it with BDC for 7.62 I think. So I wonder how it compares to 5.45. Thanks!
