  1. Nice lookin pig! What part of NorCal are you from? I'm up in Humboldt and am very anxiously awaiting a pig hunt!
  2. Then get one of those too! Thats the beauty of collecting guns, you can own more than one!
  3. You can just cram the factory guard in there between the mag catch housing and the pistol grip and it should hold up pretty well. I still haven't got a new bolt on guard for my x39 and I just wedged the factory guard in there and its not going anywhere. You'll need to cut off the rear portion of the guard where the rivet hole is and slightly reshape it to fit, but it will hold up pretty well.
  4. Like everyone else has said, it won't hurt your gun to dry fire it. But if you are really worried about it, you can always remove the dust cover, recoil assembly and bolt carrier and let the hammer down with your hand while pulling the trigger. It would be completely unnecessary, but like I said, if you are really worried about it, its an option.
  5. I would appreciate a heads up if you do get some 2's in the next batch. Thanks!
  6. Did you watch the video? It shows a granny bump firing a 9mm AR...
  7. http://ag.ca.gov/fir...ide/awguide.php Go to this page and download the PDF file and read pages 71 and 72. They will tell you exactly what you can and can not legally have on your rifles, pistols and shotguns in CA. The definition of a pistol grip is if the webbing of your hand (the skin between your index finger and thumb) is below the top of the trigger/bottom of the receiver. If you are talking about putting a thumbhole stock on a rifle, you will first need a magazine lock. If you are talking about putting one on a shotgun, go ahead and do it because if you already have a Saiga shot
  8. Oh yeah. It works all right. There is a wire linkage from the front trigger that attaches to protrusion from a replacement trigger in the original trigger position. Its not as clean of a pull as a polished up G2, but with a little lovin, it's not even close to as bad a most people think.
  9. I'm over in Arcata, CA and I own a CA legal Saiga 12. As long as you have a maglock, no folding/collapsible stock and no mags over 10 rounds. You're good to go. Refer those dumb fucks out in Redding about a little website called http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/ Tell them to read through the complete page on assault weapons identification. If they own or work in a gun store, they damn well better know the laws. I have a buddy that lives in Redding that I visit from time to time and I drive through there to go snowboarding at Mt. Shasta. I can honestly say that the ONLY good thing about Redding,
  10. I like my Cadiz Gun Works RemChoke adapter. I get some pretty nice groupings with Full and Turkey chokes. They change out pretty quickly with the choke wrench.
  11. 1:12 twist ratio means the bullet does one rotation in 12 inches in the barrel.
  12. I think it would more likely be My Way by Sid Vicious...
  13. I would assume that if it would work, or if one could make it work with the factory gas tube, that it would function like a normal AK47 without the puck and only work with one type of ammo unless recoil springs were changed. The internals would probably get dirty as hell without the puck stopping all that debris from entering the receiver though. I don't know...
  14. Only 5000 yards... Thats it? Seriously though, those guns are fucking BEAST!
  15. Money, women.... or a meth addled rage. That video was fucking intense! Another PERFECT reason to CC.
  16. The product is a good idea. The price, however, is ridiculous.
  17. WTF! Where's all the testers and freebies at?? Shows how much you actually care about us forum contributors, huh? Its just like my mom used to tell me, A man is nothing without his word.
