  1. today i went to shoot some clay, keep in mind i've never shot any type of trap/skeet and this is my first shotgun. first thing first, they told me i cannot use any shotgun under 21inch barrel, and i can only load 2 rounds. but since they know me, and they told me i can shoot as long as i don't get crazy with the shotgun. 2nd, i noticed last week my s-12 was doing fine ejecting rounds, today i cannot get the last round to eject, i am using the same shells i was using last week, the last empty shell get smashed at the breech everytime. AFG and Eotech works great for me, the 65MOA ring is like ma
  2. i thought my feet are well camouflaged, lol. smaller sight does make sense, because the front end is reall heavy. I just got back from the range, everything worked out fine,no FTE after i tune in the gasplug.(i am ammo whore, i use the cheapest ammo i can get my hands on) the AFG works better on S-12 than on my AR15, but that just a personal preference.
  3. this is my first S-12, and my very first shotgun, but i do have 4 other saigas. Saw pistol grip RAM STG trigger guard tapco stock gunfixer plug tromix FCG Choas quad rail MAGPUL AFG AGP 10 round mag Eotech 517 i haven't shot it yet, going to shoot tomorrow. BTW Greg at CSS is the nicest guy ever, answered alot of my stupid questions.
  4. i've had my .223 saiga for almost a year, for the past year i have been aquiring parts for the conversion, and now i am finally done. i need to know if my saiga is safe to shoot, like safety checks before i go the range and blew my face off. On the number 1 picture there is a gap between the gastube and gasbblock, however when the lever is down, the gastube fits firm and tight, i can't move the gasblock any further back, because the hole on the barrel will not match up with the hole on the gasblock. i didn't remove the barrel pin, so i assume the Headspace is still factory spec. Muzzle brake
  5. use 1/8th drill bit, drill the hole first, then cut the back of the 1/8th drill bit stub off, use that as pin.
  6. Hello, recently i started a new project to re-do the front end of the gun, so i got the FSB off, and i figure why not press out the GasBlock and buy the 15dollar lower handguard retainer. well, here is the problem, my GB is not reuseable, it has 2 dimples on each side of the block. so if i press it off i obviously can't press it back on to the barrel. i've been searching the internet, i can't seems to find a place sell the 90 degree gasblock, or the late ak74 gasblock. first question is, does matter if buy the 45degree gasblock? and where can i find a 90 degree gasblock?
