I'm not positive but surefire says no magnums in the 12 rounder because it is so long. I have several high brass rounds through my 8 rounder.

It does shoot 3" and how can you "guarantee it won't for long." Do you have first hand experience with this platform?

I done the same as evl. I had a cashier at a store tell me "that's inappropriate don't you think." I replied "my keys?" She then held my keys up holding the old trigger. The wood in the pic is from rusmilitary. Unfortunately Oleg told me a couple weeks ago he was no longer offering the laminate set which I think is the one pictured because the factory wants almost $400 usd for it. It does look good though.

Has anyone bought the S-12 2 PC plywood handguard and PG from rusmilitary?

I'm kicking my self in the ass for going the cheapest I could in the beginning. Because now Oleg says he has no intention of selling the laminate because the factory wants the equivalent of 330 usd for it. I have wanted that set since first time I saw and waited to long. It's really the handguard I want I love that style. The plywood set he still sells looks green like it's made with pressure treated wood. Just trying to see if I could match the plywood set with a laminate stock or maybe have one made.

I was wondering if anyone has the 2pc plywood set (PG and handguard). I was thinking about purchasing that set since they will no longer be carrying the laminate set. I noticed they are both listed as dark brown and two completely different colors. Just wondering if someone actually had some pics of it to see if I could maybe match up a stock.

I have been waiting for these DS since I heard about them just like most of us here. I understand that you have to do what is best for your business financially and that's why I'm not crying about the wait. The last I read they weren't supposed to be released till the end of the summer anyway. I don't mind the wait because it gives me longer to add to the cash pile and there are no other DS mags to choose from. Finally, if you don't like how business is run don't do business with them. I'm sure when these do come out plenty of people will be ordering myself included and more than likely the OP

The info is here try searching to get some ideas. Every gun is different. Make sure you're shooting the low brass on 2 and the high brass on 1. Also, keep with the federal birdshot.

Shoot what ever you got just to see as others have said. Just make sure you are shooting the 00 and slugs you are on setting 1 and target loads on 2. Best way to see what you got is to shoot it.

Does it have to be tapco? I've bought rail sets that are made from aluminum a few times at local shops and shows.

I've been holding out for these. Want more capacity without out the bulk hell I cut down my 12 to an 8 because I didn't like the length. I do believe last I heard was going to be summer or fall. Would be nice to hear an update from Mike D though.

I saw a 410 for sale on a local firearms sale site and thought "holy shit a magazine fed shotgun." Started researching found this site and read for months before finding one. Finally found one at a local pawnshop. Owner at the pawnshop knows me pretty well and told me the Guy that traded it in said it would only shoot slugs. Checked it out saw it was set to 1. Thought what the hell I'll take a chance for the money. Took it out loaded up some federal bulk put it on setting 2 and have never looked back.
