    Uh Oh...

If they werent going to ban them, they sure as hell are now. all this internet speculation has gotten the ATF's attention, they wouldnt want to disappoint all the conspiracy theorists....
  2. If I understand right. These are just russian Saigas converted by Arsenal for $150? Does anyone do a simple conversion for the Saiga 12 for $150? I just want a simple pg conversion, no extras. I can only find them decked out for $1000 or more on backorder.
  3. its just a poll man, no report where I was looking. http://www.usatoday.com/news/snapshot.htm?section=N&label=2009-11-03-guns
  4. The way I read it; yes. saigamaui: American mags made for "sporter" Saiga x39's will not fit in an AK pistol, so based on what you've told me of HI law, that would be technically allowed. Seems like you'd be on pretty thin ice legally, though. I know Hawaii's beautiful and all, but it's a vacation destination, not a place to call home. I'd advise ya to move to Florida. It's sub-tropical, and the gun laws are a lot less restrictive, (more Constitutional). Im not too worried about being on "thin ice". all of the gun shops here sell 30 round ar,ak and ruger 22 mags. they're al

There is no limit on rifle mag capacity. as long as the mag will not fit into a pistol, I can run a 1000 round drum. Quote from Hawaii Rifle Association. "Hawaii state law prohibits greater than 10 round detachable pistol magazines (including rifle magazines capable of use in any pistol, such as the AR-15/M16, M1 carbine, H&K carbine, Thompson, and aftermarket Ruger .22 magazines) unless blocked to hold 10 rounds or less and “not readily restorable”. Possession of illegal ma
  6. Whats below the receiver behind the trigger guard?
  7. What would have to be done to fit a Saiga mag to an AK? Same as AK to Saiga? Are there any pistols that you know of that will accept Saiga mags? I know these may seem like stupid questions. but, my state law states "10 round limit on pistol mags" and "10 round limit on any mag that can be inserted into a pistol". 10-22, AR, blah blah blah. Misdemeanor to posses the high capacity mag, felony to insert the mag into a pistol. you get the point. thanks edit: specifically, the high cap 7.62 Surefire mags.
