Mine is kept like this nightly. In a gunsafe with door open for quick access. When unannounced scumbag is ready to get his head blown off i hit the carrier handle disengaging the BHO and then it's rocknf*ckingroll No pity the fool! I pull the mag during the day to let the carrier spring relax.

Agreed. It is ridiculous and we need to fight these clowns to get it changed. As for moving. Horseshit, I'm not going anywhere! I love this state and no one, and I mean no one is running me off! There is not a lowlife liberal alive thats going to run me off. Gunowners need to stop running and stand ground to show these pinheads we are not taking this crap anymore. Change can work many ways as they will see. Thanks for the suggestions, all Going with the Choate

So for the 922 compliance I figure I would go with. K-var FCG set. Curtis the AKbuilder trigger guard with stop plate combo. Choate stock which includes lower and upper handguards (though i'm not using upper) and one of the Dinzag bolt on lower handguard retainers. And, lastly, topped off with a Tromix brake. Think that should keep me in the good graces of the scum sucking NY liberal gun haters.... I hope?

You did great, Nailbomb! Thank you a million, Sir! The choate stock was actually the one I was looking at, though the one on yours is better looking, that gun looks sick! Who makes that one? I must have confused the Choate with the ATI in which i previously mentioned. Thanks again for clearing it up Nailbomb! I'm excited about this conversion once again!

Anybody noticed heavy receiver grind marks on the latest batch of Saig

That really looks like shit. I would send that one back. Stands out like a sore thumb -
I'm near Fishkill, Nailbomb. I dont know which way to go on this? I could walk the line, but losing my gun and imprisonment does not set well with me. NY law states no PG's on SASG's that can hold MORE than 5 shots or use detachable mag. NY AWB follows the clitons to the tee. If the ruling is that thumbholes and skeletons are considered pistol grips, then thats it. You would be over the one evil feature limit. I dont see any other way here other that taking a chance of getting busted, using a maglock and get rid of the flapper or using one of those Kali PG block

So, I'm getting ready to convert my standard stock S-12 over. NY law says no pistol grip since it has removable mag. (no more than one evil feature) So now I read that a dragunov skeleton stock is considered a pistol grip, WTF? I wanted to use an ATI dragunov stock or the like What are my options now? Draconian gun laws suck! Thanks.
