FREAKIN LOVE IT! lol, haters gonna hate. seriously for 399. at jg sales i figured "why not?" i plan on shooting the piss out of it. if it breaks, ill fix it and run it some more! so far it seems very solid, ive read other peoples reviews. but ive also read some very positive reviews. for me its just gonna be a fun gun. ive already put a few hundred rounds of home made buck through it, and you know what? 100% reliable! no ftf or fte's, and i havent even done anything to it. my stock saiga that i bougt back in the day was only about 70-80% reliable out of the box. you milag

    3" shells?

why would you assume that?........no it was magnum birdshot. still more than id ever want to try again. Because if it WAS a slug, you would have probably posted about the bulge it caused in your barrel! The cup and shot have a little " give" when they are forced to pass over the mouth of the hull where as the slug does not. Sometimes you hear about someone shooting grandpa's old side by side that "kicked like a mule" - usually those guns were made before the 2 3/4" shell became "standard", and the increase in recoil was for the shot being compressed at the mouth when fired in a 2 9/16" ch

    3" shells?

i did a 3.5 out of a saiga . shell would not fit in the mag but it chambered. so me being the moron that i am decided to fire it. it fired and ejected fine pretty stout round. no problems to rifle. would not recomend anyone ever try this ever. 12. My thoughts exactly. Had the rifle already had a worn look, id leave it as is.
  13. I bought all my Russian mags for dirt cheap back when Vlad was still selling them from soviet military. Ive seen his prices jump quite a bit not too long after I bought all mine. Im glad I got them when I did. and your going to sell me some at the same price! your too kind!
  14. pics?Having some lighting issues in these, so I'll get some in the daylight tomorrow for you. The AKs pictured were refinished with red mahogany (IIRC) and were sealed with spar varnish. The 870 was finished with satin Bombay mahogany polyshades. damn that is nice. guess i know what im buying saturday.................... its funny because everything on the rifle looks brand new pristine. then you get to the wood lol. while id o like th bfpu look, it just doesnt match and i would rather not screw with the finish on the rifle. so i guess we will make the wood look new.
  15. lol it looks worse in person. the front and back dont match, and the finish is worn. but its solid. im planning on refinishing when i get some time off.
  16. i got all 4 of my bulgarian mags for 80.00 shipped.
