thanks for all the help. I'll probably just cut the head off and then install a MI extended rail.

I've got the dremel ability down. Where would I be looking under the barrel? It seems like the screw would be directly under the trunion.

I was working on removing my handguard screw at the base of the receiever and it now just spins and won't back out any further. Anyone deal with this? Suggestions?

Hello, new here. I've had many years of AK shooting, however I am picking up a converted Saiga (my first saiga) 7.62x39 tomorrow and wanted to put a grip on the front. I've enjoyed the picture thread and I've gotten some inspiration for my new saiga. One thing I would like to do, is find the 3 -4 inch piece of rail I've seen attached to several foregrips. I have other AK platforms, so I find the stock design unique. So, where are you guys picking these up? Thanks!
