yeh especially on the 556, the casing is thicker so it doesnt hold as much powder, check it out on wiki then look at 223. thats my favorite website besides this forum lol

does anyone know if there is an accuracy differance between the two? i have been doing some research and the 7.62 has less muzzle velocity, anyone went to the range with both for accuracy comparrison?

I have to agree here, the hardest part was to drill out the trigger guard to move it, and with my luck, I also had to cut a hole for my pistol grip.... this IS the easiest to convert, just slide tg under mag release and rivit on back. put in fcg,done. i have always heard of people talking about the safety on the .308, but had no problems with mine.

there is no season for hogs in texas so no there is not a mag restirciction, dont know about deer, i think they shun anything over 10 rounds

so what i have found out about it is that its an extremely rare Enfieldakov AK-17 lol. made out of enfield 1917 parts and an ak. probly from pakisan or so i read on other sites. anyone got a better answer?

i always liked the ROK soldiers daewoos when i was in korea, a little heavy but the best of both the ak and ar before the k2 they had m16s made of cast iron. no joke like 16lbs

wow was gonna start this topic today, mine is pollished as well, but i am damn certain that the piston is rubbing on the gas tube up by the puck. i am guessing only wear will fix that one,but its new and not very many shells shot, but runs just fine.

or you can get a stock mount from css that uses the factory holes to mount it then a bad ass dph tromix or ace stock

i had the amd 65, had the short barrel, couldnt hit shit at 75 yards, but very nice quality and well built, i would perfere one then put a solid stock just for the shorter barrel, but thats just me, btw had to shave some off front pg to be able to use 30 round mags, but i loved it!!!! but it cost like 60 bucks to convert your own saiga and rebuilt rifles are usualy made with new us barrels so it doesnt really matter
