Got out out the range today to test 10.5" AR pistol build. Seems to work OK for the most part. More on that in a bit. New toy & 'old reliable". Tactical Machining gen2 80% lower, Anderson upper & BCG, AR/Stoner 10.5" 1:7 melonite coated barrel, AR Gold trigger, PSA combo UPK/LPK, Matrix Arms Victor hand guard, I forget buffer assy, Eotech & Ruger polymer BUIS, DPMS A2 flash hider. YHM folding BUIS are supposed to be GTG. The QDS style is pretty low-profile folded, If you think about mounting a scope in the future. The 9680 series not so much.
