Sold "as is" is a completely different issue than misrepresented, whether intentional or non-intentional. "As is" refers to condition. If the guy won't be fair with you, I would put in a small claims suit in your local court. Probably costs $25, no attorney, and if he does not want to make right he will have to have the time and cost of travelling to your local area. I am selling this Tromix Saiga-12. The reason I am selling it is I jsut got a new Tromix shortie, but my wife told me I could only have one... It has about 300 rounds through it and basically does not even have a scratch on it. The gun works flawlessly and was only used at an indoor range herein Dallas.
