  2. Needed.... One original saga 12 gas block and puck. You have extra from project or tore your 12 apart for parts, shoot me e-mail Qind at verizon.net (Thanks in advance guys) ( doesn't look good starting with "Saiga" spelled wrong in opening post ) sorry about that ...
  3. I need two badly, please give me a shout .
  4. My Saiga 20 Underfolder (finally finished and 200 rounds fired and zero issues)
  5. Jack,,,,,BEAUTIFUL shop brother.. I'm looking at that same media cabinet (as the one you are using in the picture) perfect shop and great equipment.
  6. Finally finished!! Stripped to base metal sanded, bead blasted. Special parkerizing bath and topped with a dusting of Norrels to blend everything...just came out of the tanks and oven a few hours ago.. Here ya go.
  7. Just finished stripping and bead bl;asting the entire weapon. Mixed up a new batch of parkerizing chemical and used my new tanks. Happy with the end results of this one. the saiga underfolder shotgun is next up.
  8. Thank you for the ever so kind words. "lots" of time on the shop table to get this done (as you can imagine) I think this one is a keeper. Really like the muzzle brake barrel shroud I made for this one. I got a few people who have already wanted one....I just like the look of the chunky barrel shroud but wanted it to have a purpose and be fuctional.
  9. Thanks man, yeah... I think its wicked as hell myself I welded all the old holes up on this receiver. I removed the side scope mount rail and wanted all the old stuff filled to start fresh. Did all the underfolder holes and then hand filed the final fittment so it was nice and tight without the normal wobble. The rear trunion I drilled and tapped one hole on each side and mounted with a button head. I can take the trunion in and out if I decide to change it. This was the first one I did (saiga shotgun) I have since done 3 more and actually drilled and tapped a new hole and location
  10. Here is the completed underfolder with the new barrel shroud and brake installed. Everything is fitted and done with tig welding all the old holes, Its into the bead blaster this weekend and all new dark balck parkerized finish as soon as I fire the tanks up (hopefully saturday as well. Here are a couple quick pics, I had to put it all back together for the pics, trigger and stuff isn't installed but I wanted to see what it will look like all together. I really like how this project turned out. Hope you enjoy the pics
  11. I have a few pictures of the proto I made in the thread on the underfolder I did a week ago. This is the final prototype barrel cover with built in billet muzzle brake. I just finished milling the 3 60 degree top ports to vent gas. I made 3 versions before ending up with this design. I back bored .800 all the way to 1/2 inch from the front. I left the front 1/2 inch .755 so it seats against the barrel before the ports open up. Anyways, hope you guys like it.
  12. Wanted a Krinkov for awhile but sold all my parts kit when the prices went thru the roof. Decided I was not going to buy another kit for 800.00 and went into producing this one. Started life as a 80's matching number parts kit, nothing special but the bore was really good on this one. As you can see the front end has been modded back to 9.5 inches and front sights switched out. gas tube cut and welded back into correct place, gas rod modded to work correctly. Sure its been done before but figured you may like the pictures. Polished the bolt and carrier, was a standard spuds receiver but I
