From my shotshell experience the ones with the longer brass are the more powerful loads which might explain why they work better.

I'm not a N.C.resident but i am in Ga.about 15 min. from Murphy N.C.love my s12 have the parts for the conversion but haven't done it yet.Anyone in this area can shoot at the national forest range on hwy 294 between Murphy and Ducktown Tn.it is called panther top same road that goes across Hiawassee dam.

I'm in Blue Ridge,don't like the traffic or the jungle.Have a s12 and parts to try the conversion when i get around to it.Would also be interested in a Ga. shoot.

Can someone tell me if shooting centurion buck and ball hurt my s-12 on factory setting no.2

I carried a 36 for a while until i got the pm 45.In a custom belt slide the kahr is much more comfortable.I carry every day,don't leave home without it.That said i had to have the kahr ported to shoot the load i wanted, do to recoil.The kahr is lighter than the 36 it is thinner and i think it is just as reliable as the 36 as for a carry gun with limited amount of rounds.It want shoot as good when dirty as the 36,but then most gun fights on the street are not going to last a hunred rounds.Just my 2 cents worth
