I have contacted 60 minutes and the NRA. I am currently seeking other sources, local news media etc. to get my story out. if any of you have more advice please feel free and let me know. Thank You all.

So I was sentenced yesterday Nov.13. My sentence is as follows. 5 years probation, 60 days incarceration, 100 hrs. community service, $372.00 fine, and complete anger management class. I am to begin my jail term on Nov. 27th 2007. I will be released on Jan. 25th 2008. I am quite upset and pretty pissed off to say the least. I have no previous criminal record, and now I am a convicted felon. Also, I have lost my constitutional right to bare arms. Worst of all my family and my woman are pretty torn up about it. Im trying to tell them its O.k. and everythings going to be alright. Thank

So this is what the Prosecutors are offering me. I plead guilty to a charge of terroristic threatening. No mandatory jail time, and they will drop the semi-auto firearm language. BUT an open 10 year sentence. This means I wont have to do any mandatory amount of jail time. However, the prosecution can argue and push for any amount of jail over a 10 year period, ultimately decided by a judge. So the judge could say no jail, fine me, community service etc., or give me any amount of jail time he feels appropriate. Again thanks for advice everyone. I will contact the NRA and the ACLU.

Thank you all for your support and advice. I did hire a very good lawyer who I have been working with since January. Thank you all my brothers. I will keep you posted on the situation. The thing that stings the most besides the fact that Im right....I dont want to lose my right to bear arms.

What will a modified choke do for an S-12? I wanted a 19" IZ108 with the option to swap out barrel accesories. However, I am frustrated like most of you, and considering buying an 18" S-12 with the welded or soldered on mod. choke.

The kit you have pictured is called a AKU-94 Bullpup conversion. The kit has recieved many poor reviews. The articles I have read all say its ill formed cheap plastic, and the fire controls are unreliable, and usually dont work correctly. You can read about it at AK-47.net.
