This rifle has a bullet guide and is capable of accepting standard capacity 5.56 AK mags. Just curious where your getting this information. It would seem that Arsenal would be subject to the same importation restrictions as all other US manufactures. It was my understanding they Arsenal Las Vegas was purchasing sporterized Saigas and then doing the deed. Interesting post!

Agreed. I have tried a total 6 steel galil 35 rounders in two different rifle (round and flat trunnion) 223's...no dice in either. I have a BG installed also. They just sat too low, consistently stove-piping the breach face.

If I order at "standard AK" FCG, and choose not to install the BHO, will it still need a shim? Specifically the Arsenal single stage and/or Tapco G2 both for standard AK off Dinzag. Thanks

I use the modified DInzag type method. Chuck up the tap in the press, hang a role of duck tape off the press handle to provide a few pounds of downward pressure. Then turn the chuck by hand, reversing every half turn or so to free up shavings. The nice thing about this method is that you can be sure your plum to the hole you just drilled.
