TThat is the look I'm pretty sure the one I saw was on a s12 but that is defiently the look I want. It would be a range toy but with that on it along with my bipod I could really make people wonder. Especially if I was using my full brass cased slugs

I seem to remember one that looked like the 50 cal rifles muzzle break anyone else seen it or have any info on it?
-
I do it all the time. Sometimes in the same mag also unlike actual brass cases most shotshells vary in length between manufacturer and payload hell even crimp style will make them vary that's why some "70" mm still won't fit in the md20 drum. Out of thousands of various rounds through my shotguns I don't think I have ever seen a ring of carbon build up. A Saiga 12 is built more like a high power rifle then a normal shotgun so I personally think it can handle decent pressure. When my barrel starts getting fouled I give it a combat clean ie fire a full bore 1700 fps slug down it and presto no more fouling. I consider it safe because there is now way that causes any more pressure then cramming one through any kind of choke

I had the same mag problem at my local range css sells them but I ended up clipping and pinning a 10 round promag that would jam at 5 rounds. Put 2 rounds in and see where the bottom of the follower is. Drill a hole directly beneath the follower through the housing and throw a POP rivet in it. Perfectly legal and you can sometimes get the 5 and 10 rounders cheaper then the 2

Hey now no raising hell on spaniel he was correct and I edited my post with the quickness I was just kind of freaked out and unthinking and he thankfully pointed out my error BTW there was no reprofileing just a piece of the bho spring stuck in another moving part.

Just checked 3 bucks ain't bad. Too bad I will be ordering from css again. There goes a couple hundred bucks. I can't ever seem to order just what I need especially with the deal he has going on drums
-
heres another pondering. Shotgun shell are filled with "shot" and there is multiple "shot" in each shotshell makes you wonder about the word games

Correct problem was rectified bho spring broke and part of it was lodged in another. My unthinking ways on quickly trying to get help. Anyone know where I can get another spring?
-
Well today I went to the range. Just some Skeet shooting. Well 3 rounds in the bho retreated into the reciver.20 minutes later had managed to work it back down so I went ahead and removed the bho lever and spring. Should I leave it out or fix it and put it back in?

I already have an idea on how to do the stock and pistol grip all I need is one to laser apart . When is the public release date and who are the authorized retailers going to be? My boss already gave me the okay to use the cool toys to fix him one up
-
Yeah I'm not one for the big long stock where my left arm is all hangin way out to grab the foregrip and muscle fatigue is setting in on a long day at the range. I agree, definitely needs to be compatible with AR furnature. I want my CAR stock.
Edit: Oh and btw It also needs a Weaver flat top upper receiver for those of us that can live without the carry handle.
It is a flat top with a removable carry handle

I know there is a RIFLED BARREL for this critter gimme an hour and I will make another stock fit

Just ordered 250 of the slugs but I'm really interested in the crap shot to slug method. Will this work with the remington gameload? I have 1000 rounds of that also where did u get the slug mold? Any pointers on opening the crimp? Sorry for so many questions
-
I would like to know also and a little more info on turning bulk to slug

I have the troy Hk sights and they are great with the night sight feature I'm actually in the process of cutting down one of the front barrel sights to put a rail on like a flat top ar to get a sight all the way at the front and back for a nice sight radius I like the magpuls but the troy ones beat them in my opinion. Damn pricey though

Great. Now I'm really going to be broke. For I only have one thing to say about md arms products Do u just want my paycheck sent there? Cause whatever u make I want at least 2 of. Probably more

Just tell me when and ill take some still want a drum but these will help

Well now I don't feel as odd. Once I got it sprayed this time and beat it around I thought it looked a lil better. My guns no shelf queen but after the duracoat booth at the show I realized she needed some color. So far the thread protector, ar stock , pistol grip and dust cover are od green. Don't have my rails on yet so I marked off the grip area on the front hand guard so its od green with the texture area black. I'm thinkin of doing the mags green too. I post pics in an hour or so when the rubber I added dries

You should see the video of the Russian testing. They drag them behind a truck in the mud pickem up and shoot them put them back down in the mud run them over and then shoot them again. I think I have around 10000 through mine now but it just keeps getting better. Worn out some mags but nothing on the gun
-
So last night I 2 toned my s12 and now I'm thinking about painting the mags to match. Has anyone got any pics of a project like this? I just rattle can the gun itself, I'm trying different things with it before I strip it down and really coat it. Anyone know if duracoat or any other coating works on plastic?

Well I figured a drum of 410 would make it a very cool lil firearm and it just shows that things are going to start happening for it. Think about it this way even if something bad happened it couldn't be a dd with a bore under .5
-
12 I posted pics and description of it in the adakal thread. It just went page 2
-
Yeah when guy said that I about shit myself I'm supposed to contact him Monday for a possible beta test chance. I had just picked up my 410 and was asking had stopped at a both to examine some other stuff and told him about the 410 mags when he told me about the drum. I don't know what I'm more excited about the spare parts or the drum. I hit anyone that had anything to do with saigas for information I can tell you one thing though that adakal is one bad mofo that might give us a run for our money
