Personally, I can't wait for these to be available. If they follow the Weigers fairly closely and have a self-contained BG, I'll load up.

I'm thinking of buying a Romanian PSO to put on my Saiga .223. A popular online gun shop is selling them for about $100 and they claim they will work on an AKM side rail. I'd like to hear from anyone who has tried this. Was it at least functional? Thanks in advance. Butch

I'm finally coming to grips with the fact that the old eyes aren't what they used to be. I've always used scopes only with my deer rifles. I've preferred challenging myself with iron sights when shooting my AK, SKS, Mosin, .22LR, etc. Part of me has always thought that these types of rifles were never meant to be scoped. However, if I'm going to continue to enjoy shooting my favorite rifle (Saiga .223) past 25 yards, I'm going to have to have it scoped. Sorry for my ignorance. Does the Colt commando style have the incorporated pistol grip? In other words, am I able to just screw it onto my unconverted Saiga .223?
