  1. Gimmick. $43.80/20?! Pffff,no thanks. Looks like the design could possibly present feeding issues as well.
  2. Same here. One word comes to mind when I think of public gun ranges, DISTRACTION. Too many loud people making too much commotion who won't just shut up, practice, and leave. I can definitely see how a scenario like what the OP mentioned could happen.
  3. Looks real good. Man, if .308 ammo wasn't so high, I would be all over an M77.
  4. Absolutely. Shot placement is key regardless of caliber.
  5. .22lr is a nasty little round that alot of people underestimate. It also penetrates better than most people realize.
  6. Wolf Gold makes 7.62x25 JHP. Reed's Ammunition also makes custom JHP loads in this caliber.
  7. That's how it looks to me too. But why? Political power grab ? Martial law? Cancel elections in 2016? Reduction of population by 80% to stop global warming? Financial gain? Where is the money trail? With so many evil plots to choose from..............?????????????? All of that, but ultimately...... control. I also think we are witnessing the unfolding of biblical prophesy. This is really a spiritual battle. Don't take the mark of the beast. Matthew 24:6-8 NKJV - And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for
  8. Yeah,I don't see any axis pin holes either. Nice score nonetheless.
  9. Very nice! What color stain is that on the handguards?
  10. She's now reportedly "doing well" after receiving blood transfusion. https://sg.news.yahoo.com/dallas-ebola-nurse-says-doing-well-transfusion-181410288.html Good to hear.
  11. Two people do not an epidemic make. I'm not worried. I'm quietly preparing for the worst, but I certainly don't expect it. The worst-case scenario I see is a series of minor outbreaks that cause a fraction of a fraction of the damage (both social and economic) caused by people panicking. They've also been saying that Ebola is not an airborne disease. That is an outright LIE, it most certainly is airborne! Basically they're trying to convince people that Ebola is like HIV or Hepatitis, absolutely not true. What? The only way in which it is "airborne" is in the sense that infec

  13. Why bother? Unless you chamber them all individually, every round that cycles after that will do the same thing anyway. True. I just want to see what kind of accuracy I can get with the SP ammo without the tip being deformed. I'm going to try polishing the edge of the bullet guide as Lone Eagle mentioned to see if that helps. Until then, I'm fine with chambering each round individually.
  14. Poor girl, one thing right on top of another! Not many people would have done what the LEO did. It's good to read about stories like this in the midst of all the bad news lately.
  15. I wonder what would happen if the troops told the fed to shove it? It's not like they can actually force them to go. Court-martial? I'd much rather that then take a chance of contracting that shit.
  16. Just wondering if doing this is bad for the extractor or any other parts. Also, what are the chances of a slam fire when doing this, especially with a free floating firing pin like most x39 AKs have? I'm guessing the chances are slim, but just want to make sure. The reason I ask is because when using SP ammo, I noticed the exposed lead tip of the bullet just barely catches the edge of the bullet guide when chambering, slightly deforming it in the process. I'm sure this more than likely has a negative effect on accuracy. I was hoping to avoid this by manually chambering the round, then dropp
  17. I know they had some major issues with the first run of these mags and I've generally heard that Pro Mag is garbage. However, alot of the latest reviews I've read about them have been mostly positive. Almost all the negative reviews are a few years old, so I'm guessing they are referring to the 1st gen mags. It seems they have worked out most of the kinks. Has anybody used any of these newer mags? If I'm not mistaken, they work without the use of a bullet guide, correct?
  18. Are the factory trigger groups interchangeable between the Vepr 12 and all the Vepr rifles or are they different?
  19. Wow, that thing is bad to the bone dude!
