  1. federal sluggers say on the pack that they work best with improved cylinder choke. does that go for the winchester pollychoke also or not. should i just keep it on the slug setting.
  2. I bought one of these from carolina shooters supply and it broke on the front of the mount after first few shots of my md 20 drum... if you ask me it is a waste of money
  3. Mine has the same ftf problem, but only when I rapid fire it as fast as I can. The shell jams up in the same spot. But When I fire it about one round per second it never has a problem.
  4. Everyone that had bought them received an email with the complete instructions you PM'ed me with including the pictures. You may have to check your spam filter if you did not get it. I didnt recieve an email. checked spam filter,, could i get it now please.
  5. I think I ordered the last one from CSS. I can weld it up but I wish it came with a SET OF INSTRUCTIONS(would be nice). I have no idea how far up the little catch tabs go or which one goes to the front and back of the mag. also I kinda put it together and put it in the gun without the tabs and noticed that it goes too far in the reciever. When I uncock it from the open position the bolt catches on the back of the mag when the mag is all the way in. Is it supposed to be all the way in or do you weld the tabs up high so that the mag doesnt fit all the way in the reciever? If so what is stoping i
  6. I had no gas block covering issues but i did have fte a few times before and alot after i did my conversion.I did this mod and used a brass wedge instead of the shelf thingies. according to other threads 3 hole guns are supposed to be 3/32 or 0.090. I added a fourth hole instead of opening up the origainal 3 because i like the idea of 4 small holes instead of 3 big ones and the 3 holes were smaller than 3/32 . the original holes i think were 5/64 but i couldnt get a 3/32 to fit in. the barrel metal is not that tuff and i used a cordless drill.and a black and decker bit. very easy to do(just
  7. I have F.T.E. problems also... what i was wandering is that the factory forend seems to plug up the venthole on the side of the gas block.... i changed out my forend with one that doesnt even seem to get near to plugging up the vent hole... could this be causing my problems with F.T.F?????
  8. i just noticed from another forum that if u change the forend of your saiga 12 there is a hole on the gas block that might not be covered up anymore. the factory forend covers it up. they suggest welding it shut. what is this hole for and should you weld it shut? help please.
  9. I am having the same problem.. when I first got my sg12 i shot 75 rounds of federal cheapo wally brand.. toward the end I had a few rounds hang up but just thought it was getting dirty... after that i did my pistol grip conversion as well as adding a twister puck and the gunfixers gas plug.. then i shot wally brand low brass feds and winchester. I couldnt get it to feed a single one one any setting with the gunnfixers plug and twister puck (standard). Thinking it could have been the new plug and twister puck i put the old ones back in and nothing again...not a one fed through .I took it home
