how good are these cost 479 converted also at classic arms

Hey guys the ony prob i see her is that the importer raa told me.(the president of the company) Some .223 are 1 in 7 most are 1 in 9.5. The 1 in 7 are when they run out of commercial barrels at the factory and grab mil spec.
