  1. ^That's why you should keep that crap off an AK, AK stocks don't have that problem...
  2. Well, if someone has a helicopter to mount it to, I don't think they'd worry much about the $500...
  3. THIS is DEFINITELY illegal, one shot per trigger pull folks!
  4. It's not going to be cam operated. That is for the trigger system made for the 10/22 that has multiple cams and a hand-crank, makes your 10/22 act like a gatling gun kinda. My father had one for years, came with it's own letter from the ATF... I would figure that someone who works for "the legend" would know that. Completely different trigger system. That's like comparing a slide-fire stock to the hell-fire trigger system... Or the full-auto sear to the lightning link... Oh, and yeah, solenoid, servo, the trigger would still work the same way. Solenoid would probably be better
  5. I've seen brass deformed like that before, usually it's because someone loaded the wrong caliber but I've also seen it in severly worn/mis-machined chambers...
  6. Guys, this is easy to do, all he has to do is keep the current trigger equipment installed and connect a servo motor to it. This would require the trigger to be reset every time a round is cycled. Since there is no "controller" board it simply CAN NOT be re-configured to allow more than one shot per trigger pull.
  7. Converted as far as accepting high-cap mags???? This guy has no clue what he's talking about, they ALL accept high-cap mags. The point is if they can LEGALLY. Without a conversion, that's still possible but not "right". Here's my guess on it. If you choose to take the deal and pay him what he's asking, your next thread here will be about getting the weapon to function with the cheap bulk-pack stuff because $20 per drum is getting expensive. Everyone will tell you to get the bolt polished, and they'll tell you to convert the weapon because re-profiling and polishing the hammer face an
  8. You could try just about any thread on the forum, he plugs his products quite a bit. That's quite true, but I think that the Russians discovered early on that when the AK is used as a club, the buttstock needs more support. That's quite true, but I think that the Russians discovered early on that when the AK is used as a club, the buttstock shouldn't fold.
  9. A traditional stock will STILL fit without the tang. Just because you don't have one screw, the stock won't magically break. It still has at least two screws holding it.
  10. I actually think that the weight in the butt-stock would be a good thing, probably help with the weapon's overall balance...
  11. HAHAHAHA Sure is... except maybe NOT in the NY named CITY... where the liberal scum reside... Everywhere else outside the city limits of the big apple... Things are pretty much like they would be anyplace else in thge country. Its almost like stupidity ends at the city limits... Quoted for truth!
  12. I think I'm going to design a mag system that fits in my foot locker that would hold about two-thousand rounds. With the foot locker sitting on a swivel you could have a hell of a defensive position...
  13. Good to know, it's not like I swore off Tromix completely, just poly stocks of any brand. They're fine for the safe queens though...
  14. The Akins got banned because it used mechanical means to achieve simulated full-auto fire. This is a HUGE grey area.
  15. What was the problem with the stock pin???
  16. I think a giant "tear-drop" style mag would be pretty cool, you could even use it to support the weapon's weight...
  17. How many of them have you broken? One and that's enough for me...
  18. So I'm guessing this one WON'T break when the weapon it's on is dropped 4ft. onto soft mud like the poly stock does???
  19. In all reality, the odds of someone shooting a round off at a certain moment in time, negligent or not, and another person just happening by the spot in the wall where the round penetrates at the exact SAME time are pretty astronomical. It CAN happen though. Any given Sunday... The thing is, I know what is beyond my target, a brick wall, and hundreds of yards of land. I mean, yeah, there's a trailer park about 50 yards behind my house, thing is though, at the angle that I will be shooting at, if the round makes it through the brick, it's going over the trailers. If I end up shooting at a
  20. Looks like mine... I figured, why go with carbon fiber to save weight and then throw a bunch of junk on it? Everything you need (including a spare firing pin), nothing you don't...
  21. That's a good point, look at it this way, everyone hates field stripping and cleaning Ruger pistols. At least you'll get really good at it...
