I keep the bore and bolt pretty clean, so far, I've cleaned the gas system once every 100-200 shells, she actually seems to run better dirty so that's how I run her.

Mine did the same thing, I just don't use it anymore, I've got it pretty much fixed where it doesn't interfere with the weapon's operation. It sucks but I'm kinda glad that I'm not the only one...

I agree with this, I couldn't get my S-12 to run properly, even with slugs, it would only cycle magnum slugs. I backed the gas cam one full rotation and it cycles birdshot on the #2 setting but not on #1, from what I understand (my manual is in cyrillic), that's the way it should function.
