    Muzzle Brakes?

so I have heard a few good things about this break especially, my question is how heavy is it? My gun is already on the long side (19 incher, don't know how comfortable I am hacking it down) but if it works well and does not make the gun handle weird (or crazy front heavy), the price is certainly not an issue. The other one I have heard good things about is the JT engineering break, if anyone has comments there?

    Muzzle Brakes?

So I finally got out of prison school for the summer and had promised myself if I kept my gpa high enough I would finish up my saiga build. Currently I have a plain old saiga converted by CGW, a tri-rail, front grip and an eotech (ill upload a pic when I have access to a computer with one on it already). The two things left that I want to buy are a different stock and a break. Now, for the stock I am looking at getting a vltor collapsible one (not sure from who yet, looks like CSS is out of the tube adapter I need and I don't really want to split up the order...) but as for the break, I hav
  3. just fitted mine, thanks for the extra pics/vids that were not in the manual, but I gotta say I ended up having to remove much more than a bit of "dust" worth of material, but I only need 1 saiga 12, and this one locks up tight now! can't wait to take it out to the range tomorrow.
  4. props for doing this, as 1337 is not taken thats what I will go with! 1337
  5. w00t! saiga finally shipped! too bad its not supposed to arrive till the 23rd... The wait is gonna kill me!

    BP-02+EoTech

So, is it safe to say based on the number of views and no replies that thats basically a fluke I plan to buy a bp02 tomorrow if thats the case, but if its gonna be that bad, ill save the 50 bucks. I cant seem to find the other example I was going to post that was on another site...

    BP-02+EoTech

So, after a good amount of consideration I am pretty sure this is what I want to go with, however I recall reading a few cases on these forums where the eotech was causing FTF in peoples saiga 12's, the last thing I want to do is drop that much cash, and wind up with a dud. So I figured I would ask you guys if you run a setup like what I want, and if you had any issues. -Niff
  9. HA HA HA, I actually have a string of these I got at a gun show a few years back, my mom refused to let me put them on the old tree... For those with less offended loved ones, they actually look pretty nice.
  10. As I am still deciding on an optice I have been looking at a vortex sparc, how does your strikefire hold up to the 12 gauge's recoil?
  11. Spooky... I was just going to make a similar topic. My past research has led me to consider a Bushnell Holosight, as they are not apparently knockoffs, just less durable eotechs (made on the same machines apparently). I am quite interested to hear the results of this thread, but it will probably come down to a "you get what you pay for" although I do hope there is an acceptable alternative. Otherwise I will probably keep looking for a red dot that has a excellent warranty (2 years on something that I pay that much for seems a bit low)
  12. Cadiz Gun Works was doing a christmas special, 500 bucks, and you get it by the 24th, I don't know if thats still on, but its worth checking on it...
  13. So this stuff cycles fine in saigas? I have been looking for some cheap "big bullet" ammo for when I get my saiga, and this fits the bill for sure, but I don't want 100 rounds of something that won't work... And since its 2.75, this fits in a MD drum right?
  14. So I have just been informed that I have till tomorrow to use some ebay bucks I got. Anyone know of some good sellers for optics mounts like the bp-02 that I could buy and not have it break after 2 shots? Or should I find something else to spend the dough on.
  15. The burris fast fire does look quite good, although I have yet to decide, my father was showing em some of his optics, I believe the brand was osprey, they looked fairly rugged, and the saved money would be nice, fees ate up a bit more of my budget than i would have hoped (shipping to tom, shipping to me, FFL transfer etc) So does anyone here have an osprey? They claim they are rated for up to a 50BMG round, so I would imagine they should hold a zero with that BP02 rail system.
