  1. I also owned a USAS-12 before they were declared DDs ---- the one I had had a serial number under 50 ----- it ran great with slugs , buckshot, or Hi-Brass bird loads --- never ran at all with low brass birdshot. The real downside is the weight --- they are HEAVY but that made them recoil very little. As a side note --- in our local IPSC matches , we would have a SG side match. After whipping ass the first three matches , the MDs put in place a "rule" that you had to do at least one mandatory reload ---- guess they didn't like those 20 rd. drums !!!
  2. Just read this report and it was VERY INTERESTEING on S-12 barrel tempetures during rapid fire; http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=462138
  3. Hiya Indy, Thanks for the help "over there" --------- it is a good and helpfull gun site , MOST people are polite -- there are a few "saiga haters" and some fudds that think if it ain't a pump SG , well it must be a POS . I stand on my shoot record --- 25 years of IPSC , IDPA , Bowling Pin , Cowboy Action , 3 Gun etc. etc. I learned long ago , about the time .38 Super single stacks came out , to at least TRY to have a open mind instead of a open mouth !!!! Again ---- THANKS for posting over there.
