Thanks, I'm told they're factory but I don't know for sure. The original owner sent it to Kreb's for the conversion and they might have done them.

Interesting color-scheme, but it looks good! Yeah it was that color when I got it, I might redo it later.

A friend just got a new 7.62X39 20" barreled Saiga built in '06 with German markings, ROSJAGD, he said he'd only heard of the Saiga 12 having those markings. Is there any significance to this? Thanks.

There's some room for a rail on your stock, by the looks of it. But in all seriousness, you have a sweet krebs rail (unused), a sweet ultimak (unused) and have a scope mounted on a side scope mount-which is probably also sweet. At least it really looks like that scope is mounted on a side mount instead of the krebs, maybe I'm wrong. Nevertheless, want to give me either that krebs or the ultimak? Hey guys, I'm glad I found this place and this thread! I just bought a Saiga and have an Arsenal SGL 21 as well, the Saiga swells the case neck but the Arsenal doesn't. I was afraid I had a dangerous rifle on my hands until I came here, thank for the good info and the pics!
