  1. I never received my 4 mags. I emailed ft about it he said he would send replacements after 10/10. Never heard from him again. He has not responded to my last 2 emails......live and learn.
  2. You can use the optics specific mount with a Saiga gas tube, You just have to pop of the factory heat shield on the gas tube, it's only held on by 4 spot welds. I did it, it works great.

A handguard retainer is not needed for any of the AK rails. The Saiga version top cover is a little longer to cover where the rear top hand guard stop (close to the rear sight block) is on a normal AK. US palm topcover is not available in the Saiga specific version, so there will be a slight gap from the Rea
  5. Just finished it a few days ago. Ive got about 100 rounds through it. Sweet shooter. It turned out better than I anticipated.   6. I have bought several of these...All of mine have been brown, circle 21's in great shape and functioned flawlessly. One I got recently had "war carvings" on it. I can't tell what is says, but it's not English.
