Does anyone know if the Vepr 12 and the saiga 12 030 share the same gas tube? I'm looking for an extra gas tube for my 030 " I have come to find that the vepr 12 gas tube will work " with possible slight modification" as the case with many ak products thanks anyway..

Are just the pistons available? I have an extra saiga 12 bolt and carrier, but the saiga I have now, the 030 type has a different piston. Is this something that could be available from you? Thanks

Of all my magwell guns my 030 has the tightest magwell (front to back). It took me about two minutes with a small file to open up the magwell enough for the CSspecs V12 mags to work. This is with a JTE extended mag latch. On MY guns no other work was required. Did the magwell adjustment on the 030 cause the saiga 12 mags ( aka 'police mags' ) to be a little loose after the adjustment?

It's fair to assume that you didn't read the thread, as they have been making adjustments and modification to fit the saiga magwell guns 030/040. The pictures show there very close. yes, that would be fair to say, kind of half following. Thanks for the info and courtesy.

I just tried fitting the new ones compared to ones I have had for over a year from Oleg. On the new ones there is a little movement, however when I release them, they seem to pop out like they are under tension. This could be a good thing.. rathter then needing to pull out with the older ones, the new ones seem under tension and pop out a little, making it easier to replace. This comparison was done without shells in them. I ordered 3 and received 2 today. They are a good buy.
