Hey you are lucky. My furnace from 82 died so tat was upgraded to high efficiency. Central AC was finally installed too. That was a HUGE credit card bill.

I strongly suggest a hi Eff furnace for resale purposes and a new AC unit that has a high SEER rating and a scroll motor. SCroll motors are more quiet. Have fun deciding.

I think a lot of states have laws that require you to identify yourself to police if you are stopped under reasonable suspicion, but I don't believe any state has a law requiring a person out in public (certain statuses and activities notwithstanding) to carry an ID card.
