  2. My new (to me) 1100 works but in the current configuration it's kind of useless. (Photo/s to follow shortly). Picked it up for $200.00 because I shoot lefty and no one else did. The only issue is the long bar in the receiver that works with the load gate to stop or release shells from the mag tube is not staked in anymore (it's also held in place by the front trigger group pin) so when you remove the trigger group getting it back in is a pain in the ass. The receiver is marked TRAP and the stock doesn't have the full Monte Carlo style raised cheek bit but it does seem high, might ha

put it on light and it's usually OK I've heard great things! Any specific type? I used the Mobil 1 but really any of the synthetic are about the same. Like stated above a light coat usually is fine and yes if you put it on heavy it will run down the gun.
  9. slick gun. the only problem I've ever had with a pump is with me remembering to pump, got spoiled by semi-autos. big fan of 20 ga. too for just about all my shotgun needs.
  10. email sent this morning. thanks for you interest.
  11. I'm with CK on more likely a bad job reloading. Double charge load are something. Guys lucky it was only a bump on the head and he's still got eyes and hands.
  12. that unverified on my part statement came from this exchange: to me it would be great to have this information posted in a way that some one looking for data on ports and porting could find it in one spot, there has been a lot of good data posted but it is sometimes under a different heading like SBS based my reply on this, the other 2 gentlemen have a better knowledge of the system than I do.
  13. just keeping track of information as found
  14. guns are great but I really love my dogs, nice looking pups I always wanted a boxer or boxer mix.
