  1. Just wait, you'll wanna do another one pretty darn quick. Thus begins the sickness!
  2. On both my conversions I locked the BHO up and marked it with a pencil. Then after tearing the rifle apart I put the BHO in a softjawed vice and filed almost to the line. After conversions the BHO was nowhere near my finger and still long enough to not get wedged up in the reciever.
  3. A wooden dowel and a hammer always did the trick for me.
  4. Every time a dumb ass like this goes public all the sheep are convinced that all gun owners are just like him.
  5. Great tutorial! Only problem I have with it is the brand of beer you're drinkin'.
  6. Gotta get me one of them PA Gen7 micros before Marshall runs out again!
  7. No, Dubmech, like the man said, it's not about the US parts, it's about the number of foreign parts left in the rifle after the surgery.
  8. Isn't Herter's made in the Barnaul factory?
  9. Shandlanos, the Saiga 7.62x39 has no firing pin spring.
  10. Load a round in the mag, lock the mag in place, take the rifle outside and point it up, pull the bolt back and let go, report back here.
  11. Be-that-as-it-may, I like my SGM mags and have had no problems other than that previously stated. If I ever buy a .308 Saiga I will, however, consider a different brand of mag.
