Just wait, you'll wanna do another one pretty darn quick. Thus begins the sickness!

On both my conversions I locked the BHO up and marked it with a pencil. Then after tearing the rifle apart I put the BHO in a softjawed vice and filed almost to the line. After conversions the BHO was nowhere near my finger and still long enough to not get wedged up in the reciever.

A wooden dowel and a hammer always did the trick for me.

Shandlanos, the Saiga 7.62x39 has no firing pin spring.

Load a round in the mag, lock the mag in place, take the rifle outside and point it up, pull the bolt back and let go, report back here.

Be-that-as-it-may, I like my SGM mags and have had no problems other than that previously stated. If I ever buy a .308 Saiga I will, however, consider a different brand of mag.
