  1. Have to agree.. CSS is the S@*T!! I usually get my orders within the week and I'm in the great state of restricitions... Kalifornia
  2. I've shot those through mine. while the gun was cold (first couple of mags) I experienced about 4 out of 10 FTE's on #2 setting with a US made gas piston. After about 30 rounds they were cycling through like a hot knife through warm butter. I imagine putting a low brass reliability mod on would eliminate the FTE's, but I also like to shoot the higher velocity loads as well. Hopefully you have good luck with them and don't require any kind of mods to shoot.
  3. Where in CA are you? If you are in the San Diego area, there is ONE place that carries Saiga's and they usually have them in stock, bullet button already installed. I was just there yesterday, they had .223, 308 and 12's in stock.
  4. I have done multiple searches and can't seem to find the information I am looking for. Has anybody gone the Tromix DIY trigger gaurd route on a S12 with a bullet button on it? Unfortunately I live in the great state of restricitions and yes I have posted this same question on calguns.net..... still waiting for that to come through... I imagine I'll get an answer from that site as soon as Sacramento can make a budget. Anyway, I am wondering if there is a clearance issue with the forward end of the trigger guard and the bullet button. I don't want to chunk down the change and then have to mangle
  5. If you find your self in the San Diego area, look up Royal Loan and Pawn. They are a licensed FFL and stock CA legal Saiga models. I have been all over SD and they are the only place I have found so far that stocks them and will even consider transferring them into the state from out of state dealers.
