  1. From the few customer calls and emails we have have received. Some have dropped right on, and some have required some work. If anyone has bought a Handguard from us. You are welcome to: *Send in your shotgun, and we will mount it for FREE, just take care of the shipping. *If you dont want to to deal with it, send it back un-mounted and you will be refunded. *If you feel compentent you can mount it yourself (and perform a slight mod) you are free to do that also. The gas block should be tight against the pocket lug. Depending on the responces in the next few days. The enitre
  2. Iv'e got good news and bad news for you guys... GOOD NEWS: We got our anodized Quad Rails back and they will be shipping out this Friday! We are currently setting the sights in place and boxing them up for shipment. The Carbon Fibre finish rails are comming back later this week, and Dura Coat Quad Rails will be sprayed this weekend. Were busting our asses to get these out to you, and some of you will have yours next week! BAD NEWS: Our Web Sight has had so many sales go through it, that it has hit our limit of Credit Card sales this month, untill Oct 2nd. Therefore some of you that h
  3. Dunno, but he posted on one of the AK boards recently, trolling for interest in super-hi-cap (60rd+) AK-74 mags. Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath. Im not sure what the hold up would be, it would also depend on what the manufacturing process is. We were going ot make 10 round mags from aluminum. I designed the mag in an afternoon. The next day I showed the design to our machinests. They said "no big deal". Now our CNC is already programmed. Were just currently waiting to see (and have been for months) if any one is going to market. There was one member that showed a phot
  4. If you want to sell any of them, Let me know, Ill pay top dollar.
  5. Use a punch kit. It will knock loose. Once it moves it comes off easy, but they seam to be painted on.
  6. Only 3K into it, and you have ALL that stuff... your doing GREAT. We have plastic "models" that ran $26,436.00 and they didnt even shoot anything. That clear P12 protoype mag itself was $1700. Pump shotguns cant be DD (beyond weight, and sporting use). Thats why we made a plastic stock. 20rds, 18" barrel, 27" overall length, and fully loaded 8lbs. We also made an alterate barrel with a choke and a 3 rd mag so wont be hit with a DD label. Montana, just change your stratagie.
  7. Yes, they are HARD ANODIZED. No, there not windage adjustable, just elevation. Everyone that was on the list will have one put aside for them. The only way you will lose your spot on the list is not to send payment or purchase online. If you have any questions on ordering please call Mike Gardner at the main office at 541-688-2645. Please dont call before 10am PSTor after 7pm. (it just slows us down).
  8. Better to go to the Halo forum and ask questions as they were kinda trashed buy a couple people when they posted here a few months ago.I wish they would come back as this is a great product for the Saiga 12 Im back (not as much as before) but im here. Pointer, glad to see you as a member in our corner! In answer to the above questions: 1) If orders go as they are well sell out in a couple months, if that happens we might produce more. I wouldnt count on that though, were $73,000.00 into this batch. 2) If we did another run there would be more in 8-10 weeks from the time we or
  9. You mean a drum like this...funny no one liked it a year ago. We make 20rd sticks also. We just decided to make the whole gun for them. Just make sure the whole gun isnt over 9lbs. After that it becomes a destructive device.
  10. Thank you jimmbswu. All the posts (except the one above) are the main reason we wont release info on this project! If your going to bash the crap out it, you can at least bash it by name the "P12". There now you have somewhere to direct your bashing. If you think the magazine is "unusaual" wait till you see the gun! I understand some of the feelings expressed. Thats why you wont hear S**T about it untill we release the footage of it firing. It is going to happen. We already have a functional magazine. It holds 20 rounds by the way. If you really want someting to something to wrap your br
  11. I think you must have me confused with "Tyler" from "magazineparts.com" on fivesevenforum. I dont sell airsoft products. Before you accuse people with comments of "You might want to disclose this to your buyers" you might want to make sure you know who your accusing of what. Our products are designed for REAL gun use. Tyler on "fivesevenforum" makes conversions of Airsoft products "for use with real firearms", and from what I understand from his customers, his products work! He has sold out with no complaints. Tyler and Myself are well respected on fivesevenforum, and we both support the site.
  12. What is the country of origin of your rail system? Excellent question, I assumed until now that they were made in the USA and counted as 1 U.S. part (forearm/handguard) THEY DO COUNT AS 1 USA PART. When we started, we went to Texas to Start the process. They got help from their sister shop in Canada. They are "cast" in Canada (they had some of the design and parts used for their machinery in the Die-Cast process done overseas in Japan). After the Cast (in Canada) they are sent to TX, USA. In Texas they are finish machined for tolerances, fit, drilled, and tapped. Then th
  13. No the setup charges, production charges, and unit cost, and Die storage fees. I also dont think we will sell THAT many more. Unless the Russin Military (who is looking at them) decides to get some, or our Shotgun News Ad does something. If the first run sells out, and there is a high demand for more, well have them done. But there are still a couple hundred left in the first run. Casting question: the whole unit is cast, but we wanted to keep tolerences. There are two groves that lock the top half into the bottom half. These groves keep the unit from sliding back and forth due to recoil
