  1. What we (I) Have so far!!! Pisotl grip: Hogue Mono (Black) $23.95 http://www.mississippiautoarms.com/images/hogueAK.jpg Stock: ACE 7.5" Skele - (Pic already in this thread) - $65.00 Saiga Stock Adaptor (No brand selceted) - $45.00 Tromix S12 DIY trigger guard. - $45.00 Tromix FCG (Thinking of adding a Ret Plate) - $45.00 (+&12.00) NO FOREARM SELECTED ATM!!! Totla cost of my conversion less forearm & Shipping = $235.95 Hmmm... That is without a quick release AK mount or any "Accessories".
  2. Um... What the hell is a POSP??? Is the Bi-Pod thing a joke?!?!? (You have to make sarcasm blue...) (Was thinking of MAYBE gettining one for use with drum but decided pistol grip instead... I don't wanna be one of those guys who can open three different types of cans with his forearm (MallNinja you guys call them?). But I do want the S12 to be my go to home defense weapon... (Im thinking no flashlight... there dumb on guns)
  3. BTW the only reason I am NOT going classic wood is weight. I would use the lower rail for a forward pistol grip (for use with drum when I cannot use mag) And the optics mount would be for longer engagements and slug shooting.
  4. What do you guys think of having a single rail on bottom and a single rail on top(Via the AK's side optics mounts)?
  5. Hey guys I am looking to convert my Saiga-12, after I have Cadiz fiix my underegassed problem of course. I want to have the highest quality interior parts. I also am thinking of sawing off the tang (please advise me on wheather this is good/bad) and installing the adaptor. I also am looking to save money if I can reuse some factory internals. Here is a list of the current parts I am thinking of using: Tromix G2 trigger group. (No Pistol Grip selected) (No Stock BRAND yet - Will be skeleton possibly folder) (No Forend Selected yet) Chaos Wave Muzzle Break Saiga Stoc
  6. I am ready to call Cadiz now... LOL

      Paulyski

      Well...

Look at the post below this one...

He seems to be driving through Pa. today....

You may have a hard time getting ahold of him till tomorrow or Tuesday.

  7. WOW!!! I took out the S12 today with 10 buck shot, 20 3", and about 10 2-3/4 inch. I used the turkey and buck first on setting 1 the buck ejected most of the time but only few a foot or so... the turkey flew 10-15ft away (when ejected). The 2-3/4 shells did okay-I switched to setting 2 at one full turn away from the receiver) I will be getting more ammo at next check- Will update what is going on...
  8. How can I tell what choke is in my shotgun with out taking it in? (I need to know so I can decide if it will shoot slugs or not.)
  9. So it sounds like I need to put 3" shells through it for a few times eh... I do not think its a gas problem but IDK...
  10. I forget is that setting 1 or two? Also can you shoot slugs through a full choke?
  11. Okay, I can get the paper clip in all three holes But I feel that one hole MAY be partially covered... Do you all's think I should try to put the federal through it or just call Cadiz right away?
  12. For what purpose? I was simply using it as a cleaner I use a milspec oil for lubrication. Do you suggest a different oil?
  13. I am at a stand still ATM because it seems that winchester 8's are crap... I will be going to the Walmart to get Federal 7-1/2 (I think lol). So - so far we have: I was able to get a small Allen wrench in two holes but not the third (3 hole system). I believe that one of the three holes is partially obstructed by the gas block. (see above about using different ammo)
