Bad luck...Good comment!

I started carrying a plug kit. It's a bitch to put a plug in but having that and a small 12v compressor is easier than changing a tire sometimes. I've actually unfortunately gotten better than I'd like at installing a plug. There's not much room for a spare on a motorcycle so I improvise. And YOT, I work with a guy that won't change his own tire. Also calls AAA, he had his car in his driveway they told him since he was at home they wouldn't change it. What's he do? Roll the car down into the road. -

thats kinda what im thinking... olympic arms makes a mag that doesnt use a magwell. and 45 auto is real easy to reload, and the case is easy to find on the groundsas its so huge! the scorpion is just too expensive for me right now not being a better action. ie rotating bolt, roller lock or tilting barrel like on the kriss... i feel its just like an overpriced hipoint (not in hte looks dept, its shexy as hell). how much into just the base gun? i love the glock mags idea....buuuuut, im annoyed most ar 9mm barrels are still 1/2-36 cause otherwise the fuds would blow faces off with .223 muz

UTG PRO MTU016 : is it centered or not on a 7.62?
Sdustin replied to txoutback's topic in Saiga 7.62 X 39
Other than looks it not being centered isn't going to hurt a thing. Think about all the past sniper rifles that had offset mounted scopes. -

I've read really good reviews on millet scopes. I don't think they have a 2-7. OI know they make an awesome 4-16 that for the price is very good. But at 400 and under I'd look at a 1-4x 400meters with 1-4x unless you got bad eyes should be adequate. From what ive been looking at 2-7x illuminated is usally 22 scopes. And with a 308 and 400 and under I would think youd use hold over not dialing in drop. So I'd be looking for some kind of bullet drop reticle, and that also should open up cheaper scopes. Since what you really get for more money beyond clarity is accurately be able to adjust d -

You going to mount your scope in the normal spot of scout style? Also you looking for long range or medium to short range? -
One I was thinking of today, and could have been done for a while is square back VEPRs. Why has Molot not made/imported thousands upon thousands of those while Saigas are under EO ban? If those were on the market today, I would be parting with some of my cash. There are solutions to the square back delimea

Have her try a Glock 42, .380. My mother just bought one and likes it. They make a good variety of defensive ammo for it now, too, although some folks just use FMJ in the winter when people might have heavy coats on. Maybe just maybe the import ban will be lifted and we'll be able to get the double stack .380 glock makes and sells like crazy in south America. Maybe

Great men as most maraines are. Selfless soldiers. It may be mean for me to say this but it's sad that so many great Americans have died for "those" people.

You must be psychic.I was, and may again, looking hard at the Ruger American Predator in 308, love what they did with that one. However since I am picking a replacement for the S308 and am giving up a lot of firepower already the four round mag just means giving up too much. I may well replace the Marlin 308 that I am not happy with at all with the Ruger Pred at some later date after getting this worked out, cant say yet. Thanks As for North Ga yall got your own problem right now I am sorry to see, hope the rain puts that out. Still looking at in depth at Idaho, some things I wish to ge -
Cheapest way? Just don't.

Luckily the wife would think that's stuid money for ear rings. Honestly I'm of no help but that sounds about right for that much stone. And before I spend that much on something I always consider what I could sell it for. That's what's so great about guns. You almost always getwhat you paid back of you sell. Barring market changes.

My uncle has a ruger scout left handed. And it's a sweet gun. But both the ruger American and savage axis are under 300 bucks. And shoot MOA. It's amazing they can build such an accurate rifle for the money. Mdt chassis is like 300 bucks so $60p plus mags and optics and you'll have a half MOA rifle that would stand with 3k dollar long range rigs all day. -

The mdt tss chassis really is giving me a hard on as far as bolt guns go. and they make it for the savage. Not really a scout but cool long range rig. And sorry about you predicament. North ga is a great place to live. And not far from la. But id take another look at the ruger American from reviews I've been reading its shoot pretty damn good for the price. -
I'd say as long as you live in a state where you don't have to register your guns your be ok. And if you do have register them just put a serial number on it for documenting purposes
-
Aren't you in ga?
-
As far as I know you can't intended to sell it when you build. And unless you live in a state that registers guns I wouldn't see any issue with someone inherenting it.

Buying in Person v. Online

I didn't consider all of that. But as was said you still pay them to transfer. And I know my local gun store makes about the same off new guns as a transfer. They are pretty high volume those. I've never been out west and I guess the sparse population I'm not used to. Inside a 30 miles radius from my home their are proably 3 dozen gun dealers.
