So i was cleaning my s12 today and noticed a crack starting to develop where the op rod screws into the bolt carrier. There is roughly 1mm wide and 3mm long of material missing. I was just curious if i should avoid any higher power loads with fear that the crack may get worse and my s12 would be out of commission, or if i should avoid shooting it all together and have someone install the heavier op rod Tom Cole sells. Kinda bummed since i just converted it.

my buddy picked up an SAS 238 that was Sig Certified pre owned or what ever they call it. Pretty damn nice pistol...i thought that trigger was worth the price alone. So smooth and soooo light.

I did my transfer through northwest pawn and collector arms.

ok so here are the specs as far as I can tell Mobo Gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3lr Processor Core 2 quad Gpu Bfg nvidia gtx ( not sure of actual number) Memory Corsair dominator 2x2gb @ 1066mhz ddr2 hd right now it's a western digital that is non ata. Started out with a sata but the comp bsod with that as well So essentially when I tried to reformat with windows 7, the windows install is so fucked it won't let me reformat. I am so damned annoyed with this thing.

I am going to reinstall windows and post pic of the bsod I get. Right now it stalls on the windows load screen and won't even boot in safe mode. talked to the campus tech center and they think it's a mobo issue as well.

Yeah I forgot to mention that I did new installs on a different hd as well. i guess i will try installing a bew mobo and pray to bill gates it works. Haha and if this comp didn't cost a grand it would have been wasted by my s12 weeks ago.

so I built a pc with my buddy about six months ago and the damn thing started blue screening about three months after the build. Tried reinstalling windows, different version an still the same. Ran memtest, no problems with memory either. Thinking it's hardware since all of my windows installs get corrupted. Any thoughts? Ps. Ashamed my first thread on a gun forum is about computers haha
