so my truck tags have been expired for 5 mos and i was unaware because the p.o. doesnt fwd tag renewal stuff. i moved last july, tags expired in aug. but guess what they will fwd, CHRISTMAS CARDS!!! HOLY SHIT WTF!!! sure its my responsibility to make sure im current, but i challenge the whole concept of "getting a blessing" to take my property on the road... long story long, i want to move eventually to a state that doesnt try to micro manage your life so much... kinda like vermont with its constitutional carryor whatever, or montana with its "prudent" speed limit

well i was plannin on gettin a 410 saiga, but AZG up there has convinced me to buy his upper lol. sent ya a msg! why i plan on diggin in the 410 world is multi fold. -the saigas are 200 less than 12/20 -ammo commonality with the judge/governor -plan on reloadinfg so ammo cost isnt too detrimental -hi cap 15 mags look cool

I wanna get into a krink (home built), but 762 models are eeeeeeexpensive! When you can actually find a parts kit. It seems like the 223 kits are more available, but are there reasons not to go that route? I like the concept of them being rare though. So, if 223s are a dime a dozen I prob won't got that route...

meh, its free, but mosins are annoying. lotta good history, but they are just so crude... looks ok htough, fire it up!

Thats a double edged sword! Part of me says yes, so we can have cheap(er) factory 8's, the other part says fuck no since i already have 3 not so cheap factory 8's. Mullet man this I'd the kind of think that hurts of hobby and also make overturning the 1986 machine gun ban impossible. I get what you mean but everyone should be will to take a hit now so we can have cooler toys cheaper later. Not being mean or anything, I just wanted to point that out. Don't fault him for being honest. What if the law had done away with 922R altogether and suddenly Russia flooded the market with ch

Being stingy also played a big factor in this conversion. I guess the ultimate magyver conversion would be if ya literally hammered the rivets in blacksmith style... Here is what she looks like now.... nothin special. Not sure how well it will ccycle, seems a lil rough in my patented manual cycling test.

i dont have a air compressor at the house. i usually use my dealers or my father in laws. well my dealer had food poisoning so i couldnt use his. i had my rivet gun with, and everything i needed. i had bought an air tank from a pawn shop, and had wanted to see if it would have enough pressure to run the rivet gun. so i pumped the tank up to 80 lbs and away i went....worked good!!! anyone have a better story?

salt, does that tapco stock have the screw hole for the pistol grip in the adapter so you can just plug and play to a nonconverted model? thanks i have one laying around, but dont wanna use it if its not supposed to be used like that...

in the barrel? not sure, i assume the jacket and bigger dia of the 556 round would help to blow it out, or maybe worse, make it stick harder. good question. the best route to go in my opinion in that regards is to get a dedicated cmmg 1/16 22lr barrel. make a whole extra 22 upper. that way, fouling isnt an issue.... that razor thing is BA!!! its basically just a mini 1919! they may make a semi auto version, but i think they run about 1600 to 1800 bucks -
gun show bs
saltydecimator replied to smartbomb's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
this is my take on it. gun shows are exist to rip off the goobs in the audience. so, i take em with a grain of salt. that being said, i go for the camaraderie. i have a great time bs ing with folks. that being said, i still find good prices on stuff, it just takes awhile. i just dont understand why everyone insists on ripping each other off.... that being said, i am heading to the big tulsa arms show this weekend, allegedly the biggest show in the country, talk aboot load blowing!!! http://www.tulsaarmsshow.com/frames.html -

as far as the build up goes, you just run llike 10 rds of full power ammo through it, no proooooooblem. i like those chargers corbin, especially that short one! if you could get the fit n finish on the short one, that would be the carps tits!!! and its ideal to run suppresed, as anything shorter than aboot 4.5'' will keep bulk pack22 ammo subsonic.... -

wahoo, i started this inkling in cbrs mind! so, let me force my opinions on yall.... 1-rugers are cool, but have no LRBHO, and that torques me off. here is a build i am doing out of a nodak spud receiver. 2- ar conversion are neat, but for the price, you could have a tube fed marlin. then your 556 gun is outta the fight 3- the pmr is bad arse, but the rounds are expensive. and its fugly. RUMOR has it they are working on a 22lr conversion (? not sure if it was a whole gun or a drop in dealio) 4- as far as hi cap from factory goes, that sorta looks like a pistol. he -

i think it will be a hi cap 22 pistol. anyone? noone? -
ya mega score, its nice to see a good deal in all the super jewing thats been going on. on mean when else do you bolt parts on a gun and then charge MORE than the parts cost for thew gun. if its used its used. means worth less. NOT the case with saigas. so interesting...
