Don't round those corners, they are there for a reason. This is what keeps the carrier from trying to rotate the bolt when the action is cycling, especially when stripping a round from the mag, or if the shell hangs a little going into the chamber. It is one of the little appreciated differences that makes an AK superior to an AR in austere conditions. If these get rounded from wear, it is one of the things that can cause an old AK to become tempremental.
