I'm the one who was charged and refunded. My money was held up from early Saturday until early Tuesday. Because of that, I was unable to buy one before they sold out everywhere. Now I've got a drum on the way and no Saiga to use it in, and by the time you guys get more in my temporary surplus of money may be gone.

They pulled the same shit with me. I called Friday to see if they had any left. The guy told me yes and if I placed my order on Friday, they would ship it on Monday. Also told me they were getting a shipment next week. I called them Monday just to confirm they got the fax from my FFL and all of the sudden they didn't have any even though they already charged my card. I asked when they would be getting some and the guy didn't know. I told him my card better have the charge back before the close of business that day. Assholes. Yeah, I just got an email saying they'll have more in a

I would have a Saiga 12 if it weren't for the idiots at Arms of America. They pull their ad an hour after I purchase one for $489, and come Tuesday morning I get an email that they're out of stock and refunding me. Now everywhere is out of stock or has raised the price. To Hell with Arms of America.
-
Did you call them? Might give it to ya for $80 Yep, I emailed them. Because i was already in contact with Mike he said he'll do it for $80. Then a half hour later Arms of America emails me saying they are refunding my purchase from Sat because they are out of stock. DAMMIT! MD Arms is a GREAT company though.

The fuckers at Arms of America charged my card Saturday and emailed me today saying there out of stock.

That pisses me off. All that trouble to get a Saiga this week and the drums go up in price. Looks like I won't be ordering one.

No he doesn't. He specifically says, "I got an email from a work associate who attended the meeting." ah ya good point. i finally r e a d that part. this is really blowing my mind. i went and applied for a loan today to buy another 4 of these.... they got me coming and giong! Hey, I bought one the other day because of all this, but don't go taking out loans. If it turns out to be a hoax at least I wanted one anyway. I just got it sooner than I wanted. You might regret taking out loans to get guns.

Nobody knows because its probably not real.

Well now it seems I've been duped. I'm betting on NO announcement at all.

I got that feeling about five minutes after my credit card was charged. At best I'll have a new toy, at worst I'll have a quickly appreciating new toy.

Watch them not even make an announcement.

I paid $489 for the 19 inch S12 withuot the "optic rail" on the top of the handguard at Arms of America on Saturday afternoon. I had heard about an upcoming ATF announcement and also knew they would be drying up for other reasons, so I knew I had to get one quick. I had to get up Saturday morning and drive to the bank to make a deposit so I could make my purchase. Sounds simple but I live in the middle of nowhere and its quite a drive to the bank. Once I made it home I placed my order. A few hours later they were sold out of the model I bought. An our later they ran out of the Califor

I haven't seen any jacked up prices. I bought mine Saturday for $489. I haven't seen any less then $499 for a long time and was surprised I found it $10 cheaper.

Part of the wording of the law is "Because a sport exist in which a firearm is particularly well suited is not evidence of that firearm being suited for sporting purposes".

I bought a Saiga 12 from Arms of America this morning. Later this afternoon they were no longer listed on the site, so I'm hoping they didn't run out until after I placed my order, as they did charge my credit card already. When the USAS-12 and Street Sweeper were DD'd there was an amnesty period and FREE registration. At least this is what I remember. In my opinion they are only going to ban import, but if they do DD them and registration is free than every Saiga 12 gets a free SBS essentially.
