Travis is very aware it was an accident, holds no grudges, and him and abe have been hanging out multiple times since then, so I dont think a Civil suit is a probability but it IS always possible. Should abe be getting/paying for an attorney when they haven't formally charged him yet? We still dont know if they are even going to pursue charges.

Colorado does this too I believe. We also have to take an 8 hour class to get a Concealed permit. In Washington I walked in and payed 40 bucks and got one. and CO wont transfer it.

To be clear I am not blaming this on MAA at all. In my case they did their part and got my stuff in the mail, although that did take 3 days from when I ordered it. USPS shows they picked it up and its in their posession, thats who im frustrated with.
