  1. In the picture, it looks like the retaining clip for the front latch could be interfering with the magazine port. Perhaps angle it so that it is more inside of the receiver away from the magazine port.
  2. That was unhelpful Gun Fanatic. The threads you presented had but one review by someone who had used one. A little bit of graciousness goes a long way.
  3. I am not sure. Brian makes two sizes of front sights: tall and short. His gas block/rear sight combo only works with the tall version. Check around to see if the Krebs front sight block is the same height as the tall or short Dinzag front sight block.
  4. Hey all! This is probably a very strange and difficult to fulfill request, but, I am looking for one of these. In the event that someone has one that they don't like/are not using I would love to buy it from you. Name your price. If you want, I could throw in a BHO in there to replace it if it is coming out of your shotgun. Thanks! Edit: Sorry mods, I forgot the Contributor rule. It has been rectified.
  5. I've had good experiences with Able Ammo.
  6. I am interested in the BattlerifleG3 saiga set, but, could you PM/post some more clear pictures of the finish so that I can see how dark/light it is? I am 95% certain that I want it.
  7. The guys at MD Arms stated that they investigated this thoroughly and, whereas a Teflon coat helped the most, the coating made very little difference in the efficiency or performance of the weapon. There are already some Teflon coated pucks out there I believe as well. Perhaps others could chime in on this?
  8. If one wanted to purchase one and modify it for the S-12, would it be possible? It looks like the heat shield would have to go, do you think that part is critical to the integrity of the lower handguard and/or do you think that heat will damage it? Thanks!
  9. That is a lot of PII out there. Can you spell class action lawsuit?
  10. I would wholely agree with the previous posts. Though I have it, I have not used the 74 brake yet since my conversion is not completed, so I cannot speak to its functionality, but, since it is a scaled up version it should work well to reduce the barrel climb significantly. It is easy to install and is beautiful. I also second that Brian (the owner of Dinzag) is one a great guy and a pleasure to do business with.
  11. I am really impressed with the quality of work and service as provided by Dinzag. I bought several items from him and the quality of them are all superb. He just created new, beautiful, CNC designs for most of his S-12 stuff and they are simply awesome. When I ordered, although I ordered the old design (without knowing that there was a new one), he gave me the new design and I am very thankful. I also ordered a Timbersmith Wood Stock Set and he went through several stock sets to get me matching and high quality pieces. This is above and beyond the call of duty and I am greatly honor
  12. In a previous topic, it was mentioned that Izzy 5's fit perfectly without modification. I think that it was Cobra and someone else who mentioned it.
  13. I actually just bought several 2-round magazines that were in 5-round Izhmash bodies and on one of them, it is not functioning properly. It seems as if piece of plastic the round sits on is being pushed too high (indicating either too much spring tension or a busted box) making the magazine potentially unreliable and diffcult to load. I like to load on a closed bolt and I must compress the spring on this magazine. Even when unloaded. I would rather not say where I got it from as they are a well reputed seller on these boards, but I just bought them and could return it, but, before I d
  14. Good question, I have the same problem and was planning on removing the rediculous Las Vegas junk from the shotgun. Anyone have an idea?
