A UH-60 has no skid to stand on, you sit in the door and fall out.
800 feet is the minimum altitude for a static line drop in peace time. Army doesn't like to do that much at all, they prefer 1250' as 800' doesn't give you much wiggle room to activate your reserve if the main doesn't open.
