    The day the suits watched all three systems demo a drill and then go straight into a live fire was one of those memorable and prestigious moments... approximately mid 1992....ish

    I was assigned to ADA's most notorious "shit-detail" unit......2/6 ADA

    Glad you like the Vulcan pictures. I have a few more, just have to find them on my computer. The last real AA gun in the U.S. Army inventory & we were there. These kids nowadays don't know what they missed!

    I was the very last gunner to run drills in front of a bunch of suits'N'shades from Washington. Imagine one of the firing ranges at White Sands with a set of bleachers filled with ties.The Chap and Hawk crews did their drills also. I think that was the day they phased out our MOS.
